Mindful Meditation

mindfulnessWe have guided meditation sessions on irregular Monday evenings, led by the wonderful Vicky Palethorpe, who has many years of experience as a teacher of mindfulness.  These are open sessions, and everyone is welcome, whether you are new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner.  An hour and a half of meditation, divided into different exercises, and a great opportunity to learn, renew or practise some relaxation techniques and take some time to be quiet.
