Online art discussion: Dürer's Melencolia I
A discussion of possibly the greatest print of all time: the Melencolia by Albrecht Dürer, an engraving of 1514.
The idea is that if you have a chance, you can look at the work in advance of the meeting, do some reading if you want to, and I will lead a discussion where we share our thoughts - a bit like a book club but with works of art.
Pay what you like; the flexible ticket is for you to decide how much you'd like to pay, just change the amount up or down when you book - any amount from nothing upwards!
I anticipate the session lasting around 45 minutes, and no more than an hour. It depends on how much everyone has to say!
Host: Dr Victoria Mier (PhD in German Renaissance art, has taught a number of art-historical subjects at university level)
